How Do I Allow Participants to Share Their Screen in a Zoom Meeting?

Overview

Screen sharing for participants can be enabled by the meeting host from during the meeting if the need arises for a participant to share their screen.

Screen sharing by participants is disabled by default in all CISD Zoom meetings due to concerns with potential interruptions or the display of inappropriate content.

 

Instructions

  1. From the meeting window, click on the up arrow next to the "Share Screen" button
  2. From the menu, select "Advanced Sharing Options..."

  3. Change the "Who can share?" option from "Host only" to "All participants" by click on the circle check-box next to "All participants."

  4. Close the menu window.
