Overview
The goal of this article is to help familiarize you with the Duo enrollment process.
Instructions
You will receive an enrollment email from Duo Security with a link to enroll in Duo. If you don't enroll using the email you will be prompted to enroll the next time you sign into a Duo protected application.

Here's an interactive tutorial for enrolling using the Duo enrollment email
12 STEPS
1. To enroll your device into Duo click the enrollment link in the email from Duo Security.
2. Click Start setup
3. Click Continue
Note: Selecting Mobile phone will require you to enter your phone number. Your number will only be used for troubleshooting if you ever have issues with Duo. If you don't want to enter your number select the Tablet option instead.
4. Enter your phone number
5. Click the check box to confirm your phone number, then click Continue
6. Click your device type, then click Continue
7. Download and install the Duo Mobile app from your device's app store, then click I have Duo Mobile installed
8. Follow the instructions on the screen to active Duo Mobile. Once it has been activated you will see the green checkmark. Click Continue
9. You can set Duo to automatically send your device a push notification during authentication. Click Ask me to choose an authentication method
10. Select Automatically send this device a Duo Push
11. Click Finish Enrollment
12. This completes the enrollment process. You can close the window. If you'd like to add a secondary device you can follow the guide to manage devices.

16 STEPS
1. Go to outlook.office.com to sign in to Outlook. Enter your CISD email and click Next.
2. Enter your password then click Sign in
3. Click Start setup
4. Click Continue
