Overview
Using the touch panel, you can easily control the various aspects of a meeting or call, such as muting your microphone or camera, placing the call on hold, adjusting the volume, or ending the call.
Muting your Microphone
- Tap the up arrow at the bottom of the screen to expose the control panel.
- Tap the "Mute" button.
- The "Mute" button will turn red and you will see a mute icon in the bottom corner of both the touch panel and your display.
- Tap the red "Unmute" button to unmute the microphones. The button will turn white again.
Ending a Session
- Tap the up arrow at the bottom of the screen to expose the control panel.
- Touch the red button labeled "Hang Up" to end the session.
Place a call on Hold
- Tap the up arrow at the bottom of the screen to expose the control panel.
- Touch the "Hold" button on the far left of the panel.
- The button will turn red to indicate that the call is on hold.
- To return to the call, tap the red "Hold" button again. The button will turn white to indicate that the call has been taken off of hold.
