To utilize the video conferencing system on your campus, create an Outlook meeting and invite the room as an attendee. You will then be able to hit the “Join” button on the system at the beginning of your reservation and start the meeting.
- You will need to make sure the meeting you created in Outlook is a Teams meeting. Instructions for creating a new meeting, or converting an existing meeting to a Teams meeting, can be found here: Create Teams meeting
Joining a Meeting
- Touch the control panel to wake up the system.
- Touch the "Join" button below your meeting.
- The video conferencing system will now join your Teams meeting.
