How Do I Setup Voicemail in Teams?

Overview

The goal of this article is to help you set up your voicemail with a customized greeting.

Instructions

1. On Your Windows PC
2. On your Mac

Note: You will need a microphone to record your voicemail greeting. A pair of headphones with a built-in microphone (like the ones that come with most smartphones), can be plugged into your Windows computer or Mac for recording your greeting.

On your Windows PC

1. Open the Microsoft Teams on your computer and sign in
   
   
   
2. Click your picture in the top right
   
   
   
3. Click Settings
   
4. Click Calls
   
   
   
5. Click Configure Voicemail
   
   
6. You will have multiple options for voicemails. You can record a personal greeting, or type out a Text-to speech greeting. Click OK once you have made your selection.
   
   
   
   
   
   

On your Mac
